Transform workplace cultures by supporting the growth of individuals, groups, and organizations.

Organizations have a responsibility to its employees and the people they serve. Within reason, organizations should strive to be the best versions of themselves to make a positive impact in their community and workplace.
We all hold power that can help us drive positive change. When systems, structures, and people are not at their best, individuals should use their skills and knowledge to help them improve or manage a situation. We focus on what we can control and take responsibility for our actions.
Innovation thrives when people feel psychologically safe. Everyone deserves to feel included, safe to learn, empowered to contribute, and free to challenge the status quo. When these elements are prioritized, organizations can focus on meeting business goals because their people are taken care of.
Stories change the world. Storytelling has existed for thousands of years and it has shaped our understanding of each other and the places where we live, work, and play. We make space for stories as valid forms of data that we can use to educate others, enhance relationships, and solve problems.
-
Creating media and experiences that elevate our collective understanding of the workplace.
Designing and facilitating learning opportunities that focus on developing people’s capacity, efficacy, and identity.
Supporting organizations with strategy development and implementation to align people and culture practices to business goals.

Co-FounderAshley Clark’s journey into talent and people operations began with a pivotal decision: she turned down law school to join AmeriCorps, serving as a full-time volunteer at a high school in Northeast Denver. That experience opened her eyes to the systemic inequities that shape education and career access and sparked a lifelong commitment to building inclusive, people-centered systems.
With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, workforce development and organizational leadership, Ashley is known for designing thoughtful, people-centered strategies that help organizations grow with intention. Her expertise lies in building equitable hiring practices, developing inclusive workplace cultures and coaching leaders to create environments where individuals and teams thrive.
Currently, Ashley serves as Director of Talent Management at Education First, where she leads recruiting, talent infrastructure, retention strategies, and performance management. She previously scaled the people operations function at a Series A-funded ed-tech startup. Earlier in her career, Ashley partnered with districts and nonprofits across Colorado and Chicago to build strategic pipelines addressing the nation’s teacher shortages.
As a consultant and co-founder, Ashley advises growing organizations on how to align talent strategies with business goals, creating scalable systems that reflect their values and vision. She also serves as a faculty member for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at Cuyahoga Community College, where she supports small business owners in building strong, people-first operations.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hampton University, a Master of Arts in English from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global. She is a SHRM-Certified Professional and holds additional credentials in Human Resource Management (Villanova University) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace (University of South Florida).
Based in the Cleveland area, Ashley is also a proud dog mom to Enzo and Riley. When she’s not designing talent strategies, you’ll likely find her collecting vinyl records, tap dancing or curating unique pop-up experiences centered on connection and community.

Originally from Peru and raised in Miami, Carlo’s personal story fuels his passion for equity and connection. With over a decade of experience across higher education, nonprofit, and mission-driven sectors, he’s led impactful work at places like Education First, Generation Vegan, and UCLA—focusing on inclusion strategy, employee engagement, sustainability, and organizational culture.
